Refund Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund and Return policy.


Refunds for late or missing items: 

It takes 5-7 business days after the order has been placed for the order to be processed and for you to receive your tracking information. Once you have your tracking information, and your item has not arrived in 50 days after the purchase date you are eligible for a refund.   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There is a restocking fee of $5 that is deducted from your refund total if the refund is approved. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and payment will be sent back to the original method of payment within a 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you find that your refund has not arrived in 5-7 business days, contact your bank to confirm the status of the transaction. 


Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds on items were purchased on sale will be refunded at their sale price and not at the original price. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
