Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Tracking information should be received within those 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping may take 7 to 45 business days to be received. Shipping time does not include the 5-7 business days of processing time. Additional shipping time may be required if there are invalid addresses. Some items may take additional time to be shipped due to the customs import process.
